Emily Hurst – Personal Trainer
I have worked as a personal trainer in Essex for 6 years and always deliver my training with a smile. I hold both Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications. I specialise in Spinning, HIIT, Core Stability, as well as rehab, wellness and lifestyle coaching.
I offer personal training to individuals and small groups from my private studio in Halstead, Essex. I also offer home visits in the Braintree, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. This allows my clients access to Personal training in the comfort of their own home.
I’m very passionate about everybody’s overall health and wellbeing, as well as their physical fitness. I value the individual bonds and positive client relationships that are built through the training that I deliver. I strongly believe that everyone should walk away from each of their training sessions with a feeling of accomplishment.

Training Experience
Over the years, I have trained myself to complete a number of 10k and half marathon running events, in which I was always looking to improve my time. This took time and commitment, both of which were worth my while when I crossed the finishing lines.
More recently, I have taken up boxing and kick boxing training with another Personal Trainer, who I see once a week. In July and December 2019, I fought in Ultra White Collar Boxing events held in Essex.
